We are hiring experienced collections specialists to support a Toll Collection Project. This role is ideal for individuals with prior toll industry experience strong communication skills and the ability to handle high call volumes related to toll debt resolution.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding toll-related debts
- Educate and assist customers with toll tags AVI systems and transponders
- Explain the ramifications of non-payment and guide customers through resolution options
- Use toll industry tools and systems to investigate and resolve issues
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures
Competencies:
- Must possess excellent verbal negotiation customer service and communication skills
- Well organized results driven and able to work in a high volume and fast-paced office environment
- Computer skills in Microsoft Windows environment
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Attendance and punctuality are a must. Reliable transportation is required
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English Required.
