Job Description

Converse University is seeking a pool of qualified applicants to serve as an adjunct instructor of mathematics and/or statistics on a needed basis. Courses may be face-to-face or online depending on the departments needs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Teach one or possibly more sections of MTH 108 Finite Mathematics MTH 110 Elementary Functions (precalculus) and/or MTH 113 Introduction to Statistics.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree or higher from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum 18 hours of completed graduate level mathematics coursework
  • Experience in teaching mathematics or statistics at secondary or university levels
