Senior Helpers of High Point is a leading provider of compassionate in-home care services for seniors. Our mission is to help seniors live independently with dignity in the comfort of their own homes. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Representative to help grow our client base and expand our community presence.
- Lead Generation & Outreach:
- Identify and pursue new referral sources including healthcare providers senior centers hospitals rehabilitation centers and community organizations.
- Conduct in-person visits presentations and networking events to promote Senior Helpers services.
- Manage a lead pipeline and track progress using CRM tools.
- Marketing & Promotion:
- Develop and execute local marketing strategies to increase brand visibility.
- Organize and attend community events health fairs and senior expos.
- Coordinate with corporate marketing to create promotional materials and digital campaigns.
- Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with referral partners and community stakeholders.
- Serve as a liaison between referral sources clients and the care coordination team.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Track sales performance and marketing effectiveness.
- Provide regular reports on lead generation referral activity and client acquisition.
- Proven experience in sales marketing or business development (preferably in healthcare or senior services).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-starter with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Comfortable with public speaking and community engagement.
- Familiarity with CRM software and digital marketing tools is a plus.
- Reliable transportation and valid drivers license required.
