The Make Ready Technician is essential to the effective and efficient operation of the Maintenance Department. As a Make Ready Technician you are responsible for ensuring that vacant units are move-in ready and meet Cohen-Esreys established quality standards by performing technical and mechanical work in a manner that ensures the timely turn of vacant apartment homes.

Qualifications

3 years of Maintenance Experience.
Ability to bend stoop lift carry push or pull over 25lbs repeatedly
Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies
Basic tools required to include personal smart phone technology.

Preferred Qualifications

Proven 2 years of light industrial experience

Compensation* $15 - $17
*Final agreed-upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.

To be hired candidates will be required to successfully complete a background check and drug test. Cohen-Esrey is an equal opportunity employer.
