Job Description
About the Role:
Protech is seeking a driven and proactive 360 Account Manager to join our Canberra team. This is a client-facing role that blends recruitment expertise with account management offering the opportunity to build strong relationships and deliver exceptional workforce solutions to both existing and new clients.
As a 360 Account Manager you will:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing and new clients across the Canberra region.
- Conduct frequent site visits to engage with clients and field employees running toolbox talks job starts and site inspections.
- Oversee HSE and compliance management for field employees.
- Source screen and onboard candidates including interviews reference checks compliance and inductions.
- Coordinate pre-employment requirements onboarding and site inductions.
- Handle day-to-day employee management including payroll queries PPE distribution and performance matters.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal systems and processes.
- Collaborate with other Protech branches to support recruitment and onboarding activities.
Description

- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer focused mindset.
- Excellent time management and the ability to juggle competing priorities.
- A self-motivated attitude with a drive to meet targets and KPIs.
- Ability to learn new systems and processes.
- Previous experience in recruitment account management and the labour industry is highly regarded.
