Job Description

TITLE: National Junior Honor Society (NJHS) AdviserSUMMARY: Reporting to the Building Principal the National Junior Honor Society (NJHS) Adviser is responsible for overseeing the student-members in the National Junior Honor DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Organizes at least two fundraising opportunities per year for local organizations. Attends all monthly with members to carry out the monthly goals such as community with the NJHS officers monthly to plan for our NJHS meetings. Meets quarterly to review the NJHS standards with students who are/are not meeting the requirements and or need to be put on quarterly the current members grades conduct and QUALIFICATIONS:Current member of the Oxford Education DEMANDS:While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to remain in a stationary position for extended periods; position oneself to demonstrate technique; move up to 25 lbs. Accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities to perform the ENVIRONMENT:The work is generally performed primarily indoors and predominantly in a school classroom.
