How you will make contributions that matter...
- Loads and Unloads tankers containing Whey Products from company and non-company sources
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and wear the prescribed protective PPEs as required.
- Demonstrate safe work habits and follow all company policies and procedures.
- Operate and monitor the CIP wash for effective cleaning. Perform CIP on trucks tanks lines and supporting equipment according to SSOPs and supported by chemical titrations.
- Takes samples of product as needed for Foss testing equipment or composite testing.
- Loads and unloads trucks according to Standard Operating Procedures.
- Follows all Sanitation Operating Procedures. Supports SQF by maintaining MSS food safety through completing jobs tasks and maintaining the area in a sanitary manner.
- Assists other Operators as needed.
- Control and communicate liquid flows with all plant departments and vendors as required.
- Attend various mandatory safety and departmental meetings.
- Support all audits and inspections
- Operate and maintain the liquefier
You are best suited for the role if you
- Obtain and maintain Wisconsin pasteurizers license
- Employees are responsible for understanding and complying with the Current Good Manufacturing Practices and Food Safety guidelines to ensure that quality food products are manufactured in a sanitary production environment and delivered with superior production to our customers and consumers.
- Must be able to climb steps work in a wet environment and lift 25lbs regularly and 50lbs on occasion.

- Experience in Dairy Manufacturing Environment preferred.
- Ability to develop relationships and influence through strong customer orientation.
- Strong interpersonal communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently with good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook).

Pay Range: $25.26 - $25.76
