Guardian Angel Senior Services is looking for a Home Health Aide who is a5-Star Caregiverto provide light housekeeping and personal care services to the elderly and disabled in the comfort of their own homes.
- Dependable:Arrives on time ready to work. Maintains an unblemished attendance record. Demonstrates flexibility and willingness to fill vacant shifts when needed.
- Thorough:Attentively follows designated care-plans taking care to understand client needs in order to address them. Updates Care Plans to reflect changes in client care and informs Management of same.
- Observant:Aware of a clients unique personal and medical history so as to recognize changes whether behavioral physical social or psychological as they pertain to a clients overall health and well-being.
- Clear & Concise:Communicates professionally tactfully and with discretion in verbal exchanges with the client and family members. Records all activities and observations factually in the visit notes.
- Follow-Through:Communicates with Management ensuring that all issues updates changes and concerns are reported to the office in a timely fashion.

- Assist client with ambulation and mobility around the house
- Help with basic cleaning around the home

- Be a pleasant and supportive companion
- Report any unusual incidents
- Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergences
