What Youll Be Doing:
- Lead the development and execution of workforce plans aligned to demand service delivery and operational goals
- Oversee end-to-end forecasting scheduling and rostering across a complex 24/7 national environment
- Deliver data-driven insights into workforce utilisation turnover and productivity
- Optimise workforce management systems for greater accuracy visibility and efficiency
- Lead and coach a high-performing team of WFM professionals fostering growth and capability
- Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with organisational and compliance requirements

Location
- Newcastle Sydney Melbourne.
What youll Bring:
- 57 years of experience leading workforce planning teams in a complex regulated or high-volume setting
- Proven ability to lead mentor and develop specialist teams
- Strong skills in workforce analytics and reporting
- Proficiency with tools such as Emplive Kronos UKG SAP Quinyx or similar
- Solid understanding of relevant awards compliance obligations and rostering legislation
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Highly Desirable:
- Experience working in a 24/7 service model within the NFP or broader health/community sector
- Confidence interpreting multiple Awards or EBAs
- Comfort working in a fast-paced evolving environment
