Kappa Executive Search is recruiting on behalf of a growing design-led architecture and interiors studio based in Sydney. Known for its bespoke multi-residential commercial and hospitality projects this practice is expanding and seeking a talented a Experienced Architectural Graduate/ Architectwith 46 years of local experience to join their vibrant team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a design-forward architect who is passionate about quality detail and client-focused solutions. With a strong pipeline of projects in prime locations and a collaborative studio culture this role offers real scope for career progression and creative input.
The Role
Work across all phases of luxury multi-residential and commercial projects
Collaborate closely with team members from concept design through to construction
Produce high-quality documentation using ArchiCAD
Liaise with clients consultants and internal teams to ensure design intent is maintained
Contribute to the development of sophisticated commercially aware design solutions
Balance creativity with project timelines and budgets
What Youll Need
46 years of local architectural experience ideally across multi-residential or commercial sectors
Proficiency in ArchiCAD
Excellent presentation and client communication skills
Ability to manage multiple project stages simultaneously
Strong design sensibility backed by technical knowledge
Enthusiastic proactive mindset with a collaborative spirit
Long-term commitment to growth within a forward-thinking studio
