HVAC Service & Maintenance Technician - Madison OH (Full-Time W2)
NO PRIOR HVAC EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!

Hearn Plumbing Heating & AirofMadison OHis a fast-growing family-run business seeking to hire a couple moreHVAC Service & Maintenance Techniciansto represent our company while visiting ourMadison Ohioclients to service repair and propose HVAC equipment replacements while keeping up the manufacturers recommendations and local codes.

Skills / Qualifications:
- A good attitude and a willingness to learn and be coached/mentored.
- Must be customer-service focused & have experience interacting with people (phone or in-person).
- Prior sales experience or background in selling products/services PLUS not required.
- Must take pride in your work!
- Good communication skills (written & verbal).
- Previous experience in HVAC as a Technician is a HUGE PLUS not required.
- Prior trade school and/or EPA Universal certification a plus!
- Basic understanding of math/arithmetic.
- Flexible schedule.
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
