This position under general supervision performs a variety of indoor and outdoor cleaning and maintenance activities in order to provide a safe clean environment for faculty staff and students.
Principle Responsibilities
1. Maintain and repair the colleges building and grounds to provide a clean comfortable healthy and safe environment.
2. Assist with security and building checks to ensure the physical safety of the premises.
3. Assist with the set up and delivery of equipment and supplies for on-campus events.
4. Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the smooth functioning of the department and maintain the reputation of the organization as a viable business partner.

Physical Requirements:
