Overview
The HR Specialist is responsible for supporting our clients and internal HR team working closely with the HR Advisor to provide customized and practical HR solutions to challenges across a range of HR functions including best practices for talent selection compensation employee relations leave administration performance management employee benefits policies and procedures training and development and regulatory compliance.

Requirements
- Bachelors degree required
- PHR and/or SHRM-CP preferred
- Current valid Drivers license
- HR experience with an understanding of basic human resources principles practices and procedures.
- Computer proficiency: Microsoft Suite G-Suite payroll reporting and HR admin familiarity
- Must be able to get to the point with clients resolve issues and give concise advice
- Strong organization skills and ability to work both independently and as a part of a team on multiple projects
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Solid ability to solve HR-related problems and communicate with multiple clients
- Strong initiative and follow-through skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift carry push pull or otherwise move objects including the human body
