Job Description
This hotel is an all-suite hotel with 318 guestrooms offering a value of a spacious 2-room suite extending complimentary full cooked-to-order breakfast each morning and 2-hours of complimentary cocktails nightly. Grill 305 the Restaurant on-site serves up casual fare with a wide variety of house specialty appetizers and other outlets including a Grab-n-go and in-suite dining options.
The ideal candidate will hold a minimum of 6-months Food and Beverage supervisory experience and will be available from date of hire to July 17 2025
Shift Pattern: Must have full availability of including weekends and holidays. Shifts as early as 8:00am and as late as 11:00pm.
Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour
What will I be doing:
Supervise support schedule assign daily work inform and train team members in all restaurant activities and operations
Monitor observe and assist in evaluating team member performance
Support and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests and in resolving guest complaints
Ensure compliance with health safety sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
Manage and monitor product quality and service and satisfaction trends evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordingly
Assist in monitoring inventory and inventory control
