The role

You already have proven success in leading a team as well as experience in change management and transformation. Where youll be based
Oaks Hospital is part of Ramsay Health Care UK one of the leading providers of NHS and private patient services in England. Oaks Hospital is a 57 bed facility including 12 ambulatory bays 4 laminar flow Theatres and an Endoscopy Theatre.
What youll bring with you
- Registration with the NMC including full compliance
- Ability to deliver high standards of patient care
- Previous clinical supervisory experience and background as a Ward Nurse
- Proven ability to lead a team and manage a clinical area.
- Experience of managing staffing rosters
- Strong understanding ofclinical governance infection control and safeguarding.
- Enthusiasm and a can do attitude
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business
- A good working knowledge and compliance with CQC Standards
- The ability to make decisions and use your initiative
- Strong communication skills
- Passion to deliver excellent care in a busy and challenging environment
