Job Description

What we are looking for
We are looking for talented professionals to join a strategic transformation initiative within the corporate banking division of a leading International bank.
The project focuses on the modernization of the banks online and mobile platforms aiming to deliver a state-of-the-art digital-first experience that maximizes process efficiency and customer value. As part of this initiative you will join a team dedicated to designing and developing the banks customer interfacesboth web and mobileas well as the supporting backend integrations. The end goal is to establish a scalable efficient corporate banking platform that serves the full range of client segments.
Your main responsibilities as iOS Tech Lead will be:
- Analysis and design of new features
- Development code review and testing of features
- Incident resolution
- Technical alignment with Product Owner and other teams
Skills will help you to succeed:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Engineer or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience with native mobile development
- Swift and Objective-C
- Fluent with Xcode and Git
- Design patterns
- Good understanding of the banking industry.
- Agile methodologies.
- At least B2 level of English written and spoken.

- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills/investigating skills on technical matters.
- Proactive.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Communication skills favouring dynamics that allow the flow of knowledge with an interest in both learning and teaching.
