Purpose:
Contributes to the overall success of the Asset Servicing in Toronto Ontario Canada ensuring specific individual goals plans initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the teams business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations internal policies and procedures.
Is this role right for you In this role you will:
Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships systems and knowledge.
Strong data reconciliation abilities via running reports balancing and querying large data sets;
Ensure the accurate collection management and timely processing of all Coupon Interest and Maturity payments and pivots by reviewing online reports/files and processing payments received from depositories and issuers.
Dynamic individual that is capable of learning quickly and is a change agent
Provide ongoing assistance to the team with regular updates training and cross training other team members as required and providing support with other functions as required
Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
Completes sundry and other ad-hoc duties as needed
Understand how the Banks risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role Wed love to work with you if you have:
VBA SQL or Python skills are preferred
Broadridge experience is nice to have
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of Capital Markets; and various financial instruments across Fixed Income and Equities
3-5 years experience in financial services
Business/Finance degree
Work Arrangement:
Work in a standard office-based environment; non-standard hours are a common occurrence.
