Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS:1.Shall have a working knowledge of computers.2.Shall have demonstrated people skills to indicate ability to function in a team oriented environment.3.Shall have college level course work in business administration one or more maintenance disciplinesor related field and five years experience in the maintenance field including at least two years ofsupervisory experience.4.Shall hold a valid Kentucky drivers license.

JOB GOAL:To plan organize coordinate and implement general maintenance activities including routine andemergency electrical plumbing masonry and climate control systems; to create and implementpreventative maintenance programs.
