Job Description
Role Summary:
The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator and facilitator with the ability to manage a large and diverse portfolio of initiatives relating to core business functions. The candidate will work on the CEOs behalf to ensure efficient operations in every sector leading initiatives to improve workflows and elevate project quality. The candidate must be an effective listener and communicator who can positively engage with team members to help them solve day-to-day problems and overcome obstacles to broader workplace success.
Location:
We are located in Saline Michigan. This position is in-person to encourage a culture of collaboration and mentorship.

Founded in 1999 Quantum Signal grew up developing intelligent algorithms and AI. As our engineering R&D services expanded we later sharpened our focus on applications and technology related to mobility sensing perception autonomy and simulation. What Youll Do:
- Guide internal initiatives to completion and realize process improvements
- Instill accountability and effectiveness across groups and teams
- Streamline communications at all levels of the organization
- Breakthrough blockers to project and team member success
- Identify and resolve areas of workflow inefficiency to ensure smooth operation
- Understand areas of need and provide backstopping support to the CEO and other leadership as required

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of database systems statistical analysis or data analysis tools
- Knowledge ofproject management program management or process improvement experience
- Prior engineering or software development experience
