POSITION: GL Supervisor
Must have experiencewithTX MO IL KS IA and NE.
FULLTIME
LOCATION: Fully remote
SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday
PAY RANGE: $95-100K/yr.

JOB DESCRIPTION: General Liability Claims Supervisor
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Promote Best Practices: Guide claims team to handle claims in accordance with GBs Best Practices.
- Drive Talent: Encouraging a culture of performance and continuous improvement.
- Utilize Technology: Harness the power of Gallaghers technology to enhance overall quality of service.
- Client Communication: Communicate with clients carriers and brokers in a professional positive and proactive manner.
- Prioritize and Develop: Effectively manage multiple competing priorities and identify coaching opportunities
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 6 years related claims experience
- Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states in which claims are being handled
- Knowledge of all team member related functions
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels such as from office equipment.
- The ability to lift up to 30lbs
- Use of computers and technology
