Position: Facilities Coordinator
Reports To: Manager II Facilities
Location: Milwaukee Wisconsin
Remote Type: On-Site
Position Summary: The Facilities Coordinator II will support the daily operations and long-term planning of our facilities. This mid-level role is ideal for someone with prior experience in facilities coordination who is ready to take on more responsibility in managing vendor relationships ensuring compliance and improving workplace efficiency. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator problem-solver and team player with a passion for maintaining safe functional and welcoming work environments.
Major Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee maintenance repairs and upgrades across all facilities
Serve as a point of contact for vendors contractors and service providers
Ensure compliance with health safety and environmental regulations
Support space planning office moves and workplace optimization projects
Help maintain accurate records of inspections permits and maintenance schedules
Respond to facility-related emergencies and service requests in a timely manner
Collaborate with internal departments to support operational needs and special events
Assist in developing and implementing facility policies and procedures
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in facilities coordination or a similar role
Must have a general understanding of shipping process a strong customer orientation and a sense of urgency
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Systems
Occasionally lift/move up to 50 lbs
Problem Resolutions Skills required
Flexibility to respond to after-hours emergencies as needed
Travel: No travel is expected.
Language: English
