Minimum 2-4 years related experience with reporting/analytics toolsets and environments.
Experience with SQL and/or other programming language.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science MIS Business Administration Economics Finance Mathematics Statistics or related field.
Strong research analytic and project management skills.

What to Expect
The Analytics Administration Associate is responsible for the day-to-day administration maintenance and support of CDO analytics environments. This role ensures the availability reliability and performance of Tableau dashboards and servers working closely with data teams business users and IT to enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.
What You Will Do
1. Access Provisioning
Complete all ServiceNow access provisioning requests for CDO-owned applications in a timely manner.
Create and manage user accounts and groups within Tableau Cloud.
Assign appropriate roles and permissions based on organizational policy.
Monitor license usage and ensure compliance with licensing agreements.
Maintain documentation of access controls and provisioning processes.
2. Application Management and Monitoring
Troubleshoot data extract or presentation issues in a timely manner with internal technical teams and business departments to develop short-term and long-term solutions.
Monitor server performance usage and job schedules to ensure optimal system functionality.
Provide content migration support between environments (e.g. Dev Test Prod).
Coordinate with IT for upgrades patches and backups.
Maintain site settings data sources schedules and extract refreshes.
Enforce content management and governance standards.
3. End User Support
Serve as the first line of support for Tableau SAS and OBIEE end-users.
Troubleshoot user issues related to dashboards data access or performance.
Provide onboarding and basic training for new Tableau SAS and OBIEE users.
Document support processes and contribute to knowledge base resources.
Collaborate with report and workflow developers to ensure optimal dashboard performance.
