Position Objective:
The Engineering Manager and Site Leader for Hazel Grove will lead and oversee the design and development of advanced isolator hardware. From a technical standpoint they will be responsible for developing the overall concept of a new product or for solving technical problems. This role will also lead cross-functional teams (including operations quality supply chain finance and HR) delivering innovative solutions ensuring technical excellence and meeting project objectives on time and within budget. To accomplish this they must determine technical goals and produce detailed plans. Collaborate with other managers including those in finance production and marketing as well as with contractors and equipment and materials suppliers. They must know how to prepare budgets hire staff and supervise employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering project management and leadership in the development of complex hardware systems.
