The Sr. Manager - Network Development Succession will be responsible for developing a common back-end architecture that integrates customer and dealer data to enable new business models. This role requires the collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure seamless data flow enhancing the overall efficiency of dealer operations and improving customer experience. This is a hybrid role based in our office in Oak Brook IL where you will work on-site three days per week and enjoy the flexibility to work remotely two days per week. We believe in creating a work environment that supports both collaboration and flexibilitygiving you space to connect in person while empowering you to do focused work from wherever you work best. The role is cross posted in Europe (Turin CNH HQ).
The annual salary for this role is $148500 - $217800 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors such as skill experience and qualification for the role.)

The ideal candidate will bring strong business acumen in UX design digital engagement strategies and distribution channels.
10 years of experience leading digital transformation programs.
Proven ability to drive innovation across complex global organizations.
Strong understanding of UX customer journeys and digital platforms.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills including executive-level presentations and persuasive business writing.
Demonstrated excellence in managing multiple high-impact projects simultaneously.
Adept at navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in evolving business environments.
