About the Role:
As a Sales Manager youll play a key role in the success of our sales team. Youll be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales consultants through consistent processes to meet or exceed your KPIs. Youll also ensure our customers have a positive and memorable experience at Jim McKay Chevrolet.
Youll be responsible for:
- Managing the CRM for sales productivity
- Closing deals
- Motivating theSales team
- Understanding and training consultants onthe McKay Way
- Building solid relationships with customers to improve retention
- Ensuringcustomer satisfaction by resolving any issues promptly and professionally
- Maintaining an upbeat work environmentthrough positive interactions with everyone you encounter
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in automotive sales management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and team members
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- A data-driven approach to problem-solving
- Passionand a commitment to customer satisfaction
- Proficient with Automotive technology (DMS/CRM/DRT)
