Location: Baltimore MD 21230

Work Schedule:Monday - Friday (Flex Scheduling)

Salary Range:$75000 - $80000 / year

Please Note: Some Travel REQUIRED - This position will travel within the sites in the Baltimore Market.

Job Summary

Working as aGuest Experience Manager you are responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations for several dining accounts. You will be expected to maintain excellent relationships with employees guests and the client as well as other departments within the operation. You will be responsible for promoting the professional growth and development of the entire team. You will also foster strong interdepartmental relations and integrate the dining service department with the facility plan of operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain excellent relationships with customers guests and client as well as other departments
  • Work with the Executive Chefs and General Managersin creating menus promotions and providing top quality food
  • Oversee all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account
  • Ensure knowledge and compliance with HACCP controls along with proper storage and use of food.
  • Participate in employee meetings reviews and training programs.
  • Roll out new culinary programs

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BS Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred but not mandatory
  • Three to five years of foodservice operation experience
  • Proven experience in high volume B&I operations and high-end catering.
  • High volume production and catering experience is essential
  • Previous experience managing a budget
  • Desire to learn and grow with a top notch foodservice company
