Join Our Compassionate Team as a Lead Caregiver in Senior Living
Are you a dedicated caregiver with a passion for supporting older adults and a natural ability to lead others We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior Living Caregiver to not only provide high-quality hands-on care to our residents but also to serve as a supervisor and mentor to our team of caregivers. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact every dayboth in the lives of seniors and in the development of a strong collaborativecare giving team. Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a caregiver in similar in a nursing home or assisted living facility
- Proficient in user scheduling software
- Ability to provide assistance to all clients with empathy compassion & respect
- Knowledge of resident rights & ability to advocate for individuals needs
- BLS Certified
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to our clients in various settings such as assisted living facilities or residential homes
- Assist with daily activities including meal preparation personal hygiene and dressing
- Assist with any and all errands as well as pet care
- Support individuals in participating in social activities and community integration
- Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and progress made by individuals
