The primary purpose of the Senior Computer Operator role is to manage the operation of a variety of computer hardware to assure hardware and systems function appropriately for our Managed Services Client St. Clair Hospital- south pt pitsburg PA
*3pm-11pm shift*
- Efficientfunctioning of computer hardware and systems.
- Maintenanceof computer equipment.
- Maintenanceof recording logs and other information
- Error resolution and appropriate escalation
Academic and Professional Qualifications:
- HighSchool plus technical training
Experience:
- 2-4 years computer operator experience
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to thrive in a highly critical fast paced environment
- Self starter detailed-oriented and strong communication skills
Travel Requirements:
- May require local travel
- May require other travel for business needs
Working Arrangements:
- May be required to work alternate shifts weekends and/or holidays.
- Work is performed in a standard office environment with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards
