A bit about the job:
As a Corporate Broker Solutions Specialist youll be part of our Corporate Broker Solutions Team helping to drive growth in our Group Protection business by delivering seamless broker engagement proactive account manager support and expert guidance across our digital platforms and propositions. This is a non-regulated role where you will manage inbound broker queries demonstrate our digital tools support onboarding and training and help streamline the sales journey all while driving digital adoption and ensuring a smooth broker experience.
What youll be doing day to day:
Providing reactive support to brokers and administrative contacts
Support our Account Managers
Troubleshooting and demonstrating our digital platforms (e.g. Digi Care Smart Health)
Delivering remote training and onboarding support
Tracking broker engagement and sharing insights with account managers
Supporting tender documentation and compliance processes
Promoting digital adoption and helping facilitate smooth transaction processing.
Skills and experience were looking for:
Understanding of Group Risk products and sales processes
Experience supporting brokers or working in a B2B environment
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Comfortable using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and digital tools
A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.

Salary Circa 26500 (depending on location skills experience and qualifications)
