In this position...

Field Sales Zone Managers play an important role in Fords revitalization as a modern progressive vehicle and mobility services company delivering a trusted customer experience. Candidates should have a passion for the lifetime value of a customer have strong interpersonal communication skills and be able to make recommendations to drive real-world business decisions.We are the eyes ears and voices of Ford meeting customer demand by delivering the right products to the right dealers at the right time. Responsibilities

What youll do...

The focus of this position is to support Dealers in the region to achieve and grow sales & market share and wholesale vehicles to support continued sales and share growth. Provide Dealers with Business consulting and handling day to day questions about Fords programs advise on improved processes that will lead to greater sales and customer satisfaction within the Dealership.

  • Deliver Ford monthly regional sales share and focus audience
  • Sales & Registration Expectancy
  • SE/2a6/ YOY Growth/share
  • Increase FBA Sales for current participating Dealers and increase program adoption for those not enrolled.
  • Wholesale and Configured Vehicle Wholesale
  • Support Dealers to ensure FCP compliance and meet EV Objectives
  • Support increased Sales Net Promotor Scores
  • Launch integrated services with Dealers and increase Dealer Integrated Services order mix
  • Financial performance (profitability Fin. St. Submission Capitalization)
  • *Model e sales and infrastructure
  • Communication of programs events and training to drive success toward objectives
  • Best Practices and sales tools
  • Dealer Consultation regarding effective implementation of programs and advertising/merchandising (POS) strategies


Qualifications

Youll have...

  • Bachelors degree
  • 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Must be able to relocate now and in the future
  • Ability to travel in market that may require overnight travel (i.e. Hotel stays Tuesdays to Fridays)
  • Minimum Travel Required: 4 days per week to within Region that covers ND SD MN IA WI and part of NE
  • Travel 100 miles fly zones may be applicable
  • Must have a valid and unrestricted drivers license

This position is a salary grade 8.
