PMU/MICROBLADING STYLIST AT THE LASH LOUNGE MURFREESBORO - THE AVENUE
OUR CULTURE:
The Lash Lounge is the premier salon for eyelash extensions with 140 locations in the United States. We offer a complete menu of lash and brow services including extensions lash lifts tinting brow lamination threading and more. And now we have a dedicated PMU room at our newest location in Murfreesboro. When our guests visit The Lash Lounge Murfreesboro - The Avenue they enter a luxurious retreat designed to rejuvenate from the inside out so that they can face the world feeling beautiful and confident. WHO WE ARE HIRING:
We are looking for a highly motivated licensed tattoo artist and cosmetologist/esthetician who is interested in joining our team as a PMU/Microblading Artist.
If you are a brow obsessed experienced and tattoo licensed Permanent Makeup/Microblading artist who wants to expand your clientele and join a fast-growing team then keep reading! Were looking for someone who is fun friendly and responsible. Are you able to focus on your clients while creating an inviting and positive ambiance If so we would love for you to apply!
- Candidates for this position will have exceptional attention to detail with the ability to create an inviting and informative environment for our guests. A minimum of one years PMU experience with portfolio of at least 20 high-quality examples of microblading powder lips and eyeliner. Valid Tennessee Tattoo Artist License required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create an excellent spa-like experience for every guest through the application of our services
- Educate guests on proper care of lashes and recommend exclusive after-care products
- Understand and promote products and memberships
- Thoroughly conduct guest consultation prior to service application and take notes in guest charts for future tracking
- Responsible for work area inventory management for necessary items needed at station organization and cleanliness of overall treatment room
- Maintain clean and sterile work environment
- Responsible for sharing in general cleanliness of salon including keeping common areas picked up and organized helping with laundry duties picking up and taking out trash and helping wherever asked
- Helps at promotional events and performs when asked services during those events to help market the salon and build the brand
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid State Tattoo License
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work professionally with the public
- Initiates self-learning and is comfortable at educating guests on products and services offered
- Well organized detail oriented
- Exhibits sound judgement
- Strong work ethic
- Forms strong working relationships with team
- Identifies additional tasks to be completed and willingly assists others
- Ongoing learner; exhibits insatiable curiosity and an interest in self-improvement
JOB TYPE: Part to Full-time some evenings and weekends
START DATE: July 2025
Compensation: $45000.00 - $65000.00 per year
