Job Description:
As an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central consultant below are the responsibilities:
- Configure SuccessFactors Employee Central to meet Customer needs including organization structure employee data fields workflows and business rules.
- Support activities such as system enhancements upgrades and ongoing maintenance.
- Lead or participate in system integration efforts ensuring seamless data exchange between SuccessFactors and other HR systems.
- Conduct system testing including unit testing integration testing and user acceptance testing to ensure the accuracy and functionality of implemented solutions.
- Work with the Product Manager & IT Teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to configuration data integrity and system performance
- Document system configurations processes and user guides for reference and future enhancement
Technical Experience:
1)Certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central Solution
2) Translate Business requirements into System Configuration Objects and create Solution Design for SuccessFactors Employee Management Solution in compliance with the Best Practices.
3)Must have worked on MDF foundation objects associations Business rules and workflows
