As a Portfolio Manager you will support the strategic development and day-to-day management of Manulife Wealths fee-based programs especially in our Advisor Managed Programs and Unified Managed Accounts. The team member works closely with rest of the Investment Product Research and Investment Program team members and plays a lead role in trading our centrally managed accounts. In the role you will collaborate with several internal teams including Operations Advisor Support Legal Compliance Marketing and others to support the daily management and regular deliverables of the fee-based programs.
Additionally the role will serve as a licensed Supervising Portfolio Manager and support our lead supervising Portfolio Manager overseeing advisors managing client assets in Canada and the United States for Manulife Wealth & Manulife John Hancock Private Wealth to ensure accounts are managed according to the established program framework to drive an exceptional advisor and client experience.
Overall the role will require you to be a fee-based program champion for internal stakeholders and advisors/assistants supporting daily trading activities and helping drive the strategic development of the programs.

Salary range is expected to be between
$105750.00 CAD - $190350.00 CADIf you are applying for this role outside of the primary location please contact for the salary range for your location. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge skills qualifications experience and education/training.
