ABOUT THE ROLE
Stitch Fix compensation programs run on data and analytics and as our Compensation Associate you will be in the drivers seat. Youll spend your time visioning and delivering compensation analytics leveraging the expertise youve built in prior compensation roles. Youll find ways to improve the efficiency of our compensation processes and build tools that will be leveraged across the company. Youll have the opportunity to work directly with Total Rewards team leadership to bring to life innovative compensation programs in alignment with our vision for the next generation of total rewards @ Stitch Fix.

- Work across the company spanning a uniquely diverse job population including data science engineering creative merchandising operations corporate functions and more
- Leverage your considerable spreadsheet skills (in Excel or Google Sheets) to create new and unique models support the analytical work of the team or validate the work of others.
- Partner closely with our People Analytics team to enhance and scale workforce analytics with Finance to strengthen compensation budgeting and forecasting and Equity Operations on materials going to our CEO and Board.
- Uplevel by growing your program management partnership communication and collaboration skills. This is a meritocracy - every opinion counts!
WERE EXCITED ABOUT YOU BECAUSE
- You have 2 5 years of experience in compensation and have command over compensation fundamentals including job matching and market pricing public company equity mechanics and program design
- You are an Excel or Google Sheets expert
- You have strong analytical skills with the ability to effectively interpret data and create meaningful understandable models reports and metrics
- You have a growth mindset youre constantly thinking about how to work smarter and take on the next challenge
- You pay attention to detail and deliver high-quality error-free work products
- You thrive working in a fast-paced environment with quickly changing business needs

Compensation and Benefits
This role will receive a competitive salary and benefits. The salary for US-based employees hired into this role will be aligned with the range below which includes our three geographic areas. A variety of factors are considered when determining someones compensationincluding a candidates professional background experience location and performance.
