Responsibilities Include:
Create and manage quotes and invoices for clients and vendors
Answer and respond to emails and phone calls in a professional manner
Schedule meetings calls and appointments for staff
Maintain organized records and documentation
Support the team with various clerical and administrative tasks
Communicate with customers and suppliers as needed
Ideal Qualifications:
Prior experience in an administrative or office support role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills
Ability to multitask and handle competing priorities
Detail-oriented and customer-service focused
