Job Description
Director Small-town & Rural Church Initiative Lilly Endowment
- To lead facilitate and access the Small-town and Rural Church Initiative
- To collaborate with a steering team that will provide input and ideas to the initiative
- To recruit and coordinate churches and leaders to participate in the initiative
- To conduct four one-year-long cohorts towards the initiatives purposes
- To provide coaching and consulting to the pastors and church leaders involved
- To aid leaders in assessing their congregations life cycle and health initiatives
Starting date: June 1 2025.
Full-time position (32 hours per week)
