Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Office Clerk to join our dynamic team. As an Office Clerk you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by performing a variety of administrative tasks. You will be responsible for managing correspondence maintaining records and assisting with day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Maintain and organize physical and electronic files for easy access.
  • Prepare and process documents reports and spreadsheets accurately and promptly.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
  • Perform data entry tasks to update records and ensure data integrity.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages in an efficient manner.
