As Chief of Staff to the Managing Director of Europe you will play an integral role in the effective operation of our European entity. As a valued member of the European Leadership Team (ELT) you will work to enable the leadership team to operate at its best and ensure the executive office runs smoothly and efficiently. You will drive organisational focus implement disciplined planning and track performance to advance our strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting into Europes Head of Strategic Services this role is responsible for:
- Strategic Collaboration:Working with the ELT to develop and implement strategic business plans and monitor performance against our objectives.
- Meeting and Event Management:Curating and facilitating ELT meetings planning sessions offsites and Townhalls to enhance knowledge sharing and facilitate decision-making.
- Content Creation:Design content for the Managing Directors internal and external engagements including Board memos Quarterly Business Reviews Townhalls and Friday memos.
- Special Projects:Participate in diverse projects and initiatives that are critical to the organisations success.
Key Capabilities
- Planning and Execution:Strong orientation towards planning and execution with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Exceptional Communication:Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to draft clear concise and engaging content and distill complex topics. Acts as a liaison between the executive office and other stakeholders both internal and external.
- Stakeholder Engagement:Ability to build trust and strong relationships across all levels of the organization influence and build consensus facilitate collaboration and hold senior leaders accountable.
- Adaptability:Comfortable with change ambiguity and conceptual thinking.
- Analytical Ability: Analyze and synthesize data to uncover trends and insights leveraging these findings to enhance and optimize content across various mediums.
