As our Kitchen Helper youll be supporting our team of chefs with prepping meals and making sure that all deliveries are stored correctly. Youll be responsible for the cleanliness of our kitchenand help with dishwashing so that we never run out of clean plates.
WHAT WILL YOU DO
Be the right hand:Youll assist our Kitchen team with prepping cutting and cooking for all of our different services be it breakfast lunch or dinner.
Delivery and waste hero:Youll be responsible for handling all incoming deliveries of goods from suppliers storing themand ensuring proper separation of waste.
Keep things shiny:Youll follow the deep cleaning schedule ensuring that our Living Kitchen looks spotless at all times.

You wont hide in the background. Youll get to work in an open kitchen environment with plenty of space and natural daylight.
You can have good conversations with visitors. Youre the face of the kitchen and will get to directly chat with our guests.
Youll get to know the entire team. Youll be in close contact with our front of house and the entire Zoku team.
Youll work in a unique kitchen setup. Were not like your average kitchen (feel free to stop by our rooftop to see for yourself!).
Youll beencouraged to work with fresh and seasonal ingredients. We put a strong emphasis on incorporating vegetables into our dishes.

Job requirements
WE LOVE PEOPLE WHO...
Are energetic motivated and occasionally sing while doing the dishes.
Have experience in working in a kitchen or stewarding.
Continuously improve processes applying our Always Beta mentality.
Are genuinely friendly pro-active and open.
Are eager to get the best out of themselves and their peers.
A FEWMUST HAVES
You have first experience working in a kitchen
You are fluent in french english and other languages are a plus
You are an EU resident or have a valid French working permit
You have experience with implementing the local HACCP guidelines.
