If so we invite you to join our newly established Satisfaction Team as a Satisfaction Agenta pivotal role in our mission to elevate customer experiences and drive service excellence.
What will you do
- Respond customer satisfaction alerts with empathy and speed
- Solve issues end-to-end using a First-Time-Right approach
- Deliver personalized human experiences that build trust
- Spot trends in customer feedback and share insights for improvement
- Act proactively to prevent recurring issues
- Collaborate across teams to elevate the overall customer experience
Your profile
- Experience in customer service customer success or complaint resolution roles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsverbal and written.
- Bilingual: Fluent in Dutch and French; proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Empathy emotional intelligence and a calm demeanor under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive can-do attitude.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a highly collaborative team environment.
