Ballarat Grammar is one of regional Australias leadingco-educational schools with a proudhistorydating back to 1877 and a flourishing community of over 1900 students from 6 months to Year 12 including around 260 boarders.
Description
- Hours of work - 3.15pm to 6.15pm Monday to Friday
- To commence July 2025
We are seeking a compassionate individual who has experience working with young people for the role of Boarding House Parent. The primary focus of this position is to provide active supervision and pastoral care to boarding students each afternoon after school.

Skills And Experiences
KEY SELECTION CRITERIA
- Ability to demonstrate and authentically promote Ballarat Grammars values.
- An understanding of the wellbeing needs of young people.
- Experience supervising and supporting young people.
- Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to display compassion patience and flexibility.
