Our PPD Laboratory Services team has a direct impact on improving patient health through the expertise of scientists industry thought-leaders and therapeutic experts. Discover Impactful Work:

Trains new employees in the basic systems and procedures in place including proper analytical methodsfor various techniques. Reviews trainee data for accuracy and compliance with procedural and maintains training files on all division personnel.

A day in the Life:

  • Trains employees on basic department techniques such as use of analyticalbalances and pipetting.

  • Trains staff on the set-up use basic troubleshooting and data interpretation forequipment such as HPLC and/or dissolution systems including the dataacquisition systems.

  • Collaborate with project teams to craft develop deliver and continuously improve learning products programs and services.

  • Apply pre-defined processes to prepare coordinate document and deliver learning products ensuring maximum content retention and compliance.

  • Build support materials including presentations training programs tools and learning modules adhering to templates and team processes.

  • Ensure the successful implementation of educational training and learning products across the business.

  • Coordinate and deliver pre-meeting materials learning courses and project working group communications strictly adhering to established timelines and achievements.

  • Undertake various learning projects assignments and administrative tasks as determined by business needs.

Education and Experience:
Bachelors degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification

Previous experience that provides the knowledge skills and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 1to 2 years).

In some cases an equivalency consisting of a combination of appropriate education trainingand/or directly related experience will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet therequirements of the role.

Knowledge Skills Abilities:

  • Knowledge of routine operation maintenance and theory of analytical instrumentation SOPs and regulatory guidelines

  • Knowledge of applicable regulatory authority compendia and ICH guidelines

  • Excellent manual dexterity skills

  • Good written and oral communication skills

  • Time management and project management skills

  • Proven solving and troubleshooting abilities

  • Ability to work in a collaborative work environment with a team

  • Manual dexterity and can follow detailed written and verbal instruction

  • Cooperate with coworkers within an organized team environment or work alone with supervision

  • Manage time effectively to complete assignments in expected time frame
