General overview
The Hitachi Energy location in Crystal Springs MS is a premier designer and manufacturer of distribution transformers for the electrical grid commercial data centers industrial facilities wind & solar alternative energy sources.
Your responsibilities
- Job assignments are primarily designed to give students the opportunity to work on projects.
- HR Intern projects will include working with the Hourly Hiring Team on improving processes.
- Study and make recommendations on improving new hire retention.
- Potential project on Bilingual workforce recruiting & onboarding strategies.
- Other projects as assigned.
Your background
- Currently enrolled in a bachelors degree program
- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources Business or similar fields of study.
- Currently enrolled in an accredited university program in the US
