Job Description
Position open: Music TeacherThe Orange Elementary Schools are seeking a Music TeacherKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement age-appropriate music curriculum aligned with state and national general music to students in grades K6 including rhythm melody harmony form and expressive students to various musical instruments genres and cultural music and direct student performances concerts and other school a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports student learning and student progress regularly and provide feedback to students and with classroom teachers administrators and other staff to integrate music into interdisciplinary classroom instruments materials and equipment in good in faculty meetings professional development and school community degree in Music Education or related field (required).Valid teaching certification/license in Massachusetts for Elementary Music (required).Previous teaching experience in elementary or general music (preferred).Strong classroom management and organizational communication and interpersonal for working with young learners and a commitment to fostering their artistic : $45174 - $99464 depending on experience and credits/degrees
