Job Description

Role scope:

As a Luxury Spirits Brand Ambassador you will bring local marketing and trade initiatives to life building consumer relevance and advocacy for the assigned brand.

You will embody the essence of your brand and help open the category to new audiences by creating unforgettable brand experiences. Key activities will include conducting brand education sessions building strong relevant relationships and supporting brand marketing activity and events.

Location:

The role is based in Milan. A significant portion of the role will require time with customers to bring brand initiatives to life and may require a fair amount of travel as well as evening and weekend work.

Contract type:

The initial engagement will be for one year and the resource will be hired through a temp agency (contratto in somministrazione).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Education & Mentoring: Inspire and educate consumers and key trade partners
    (bartenders bar managers mixologists) on brand heritage and values. Conduct masterclass tastings and training sessions for trade consumers and opinion leaders
  • Trade Activation: Build and maintain relationships with on-trade outlets through
    promotions staff training and events. Collaborate with local teams to identify growth
    opportunities and enhance brand visibility.
  • Brand Management & Insights: Support brand positioning activations provide market intelligence and competitor analysis. Represent the brand to media partners influencers and partners.
  • Reporting: Deliver quarterly reports covering market trends brand performance and
    ambassador activities. Share best practices with internal teams.
  • Social Media & Networking: Lead local social media efforts ensuring a strong brand presence both online and offline. Engage with target audiences and maintain key industry relationship

Essential experience/background:

  • Work experience in Sales and/or Marketing post University or relevant University degree.
  • Previous experience in luxury hotels luxury cocktail bars hospitality or concierge services will be considered a strong plus.
  • A self-confident outgoing individual who actively enjoys building strong relationships.
  • Maturity and professionalism strikes an appropriate balance between leveraging conviviality and representing the brand and company in an appropriate manner.
  • A passion for the bar scene and mixology and therefore can inspire and connect with the bar community.
  • A responsible attitude and approach towards alcohol.
