We are seekingaBusiness Systems Analyst Student for ourNorth American Headquartersdistrict in Edmonton Albertathat is availablefor 4-8 months starting in September 2025.
As a Business Systems Analyst Student and depending on your assigned project you will have the opportunity to contribute to our team by:
- Assists in planning facilitating and coordinating project meetings including scheduling preparing agendas arranging logistics and documenting key points decisions and action items to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Creates and maintains project documentation including project plans status reports and other relevant materials.
- Works with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and project specifications.
- Develops and distributes monthly and bi-weekly reports to track project progress and performance.
- Maintains regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
- Assists in coordinating the work of project team members to ensure tasks are completed on time and within scope.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work both independently and as a team.
