Are you a skilled and driven Senior Software Engineer specialised in .NET backend development with a passion for creating scalable and efficient web applications We are seeking a talented individual to join our team in Hawthorn Melbourne. As a key player in our development team you will be responsible for researching developing and maintaining cutting-edge backend web services that are secure robust and aligned with our business goals.
Responsibilities
- Participate in Agile/Scrum processes (sprint planning stand-ups retrospectives).
- Collaborate on new solution designs.
- Adhere to coding practices and design patterns.
- Design develop and maintain APIs (RESTful and gRPC) for web mobile and other clients.
- Ensure code quality in terms of security efficiency maintainability and reliability.
- Engage in code reviews and apply appropriate testing techniques.
- Maintain relevant security standards.
- Contribute positively to team culture and collaboration.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Over 4 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to debug complex issues.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Net5/6/7or8
- Controllers or Minimal APIs
- SQL Server and T-SQL
- EFCore
- LINQ
- RESTful API design skills
- Good debugging skills on Visual Studio
- Distributed version control(Any type of git)
- Fast-End points
- gRPC
- Microservices design and development
- Okta/ Auth0
- Good understanding of CI/CD pipeline
- Docker containers
- Unit and Integration testing tools
