Description

The Team Leader is responsible for ensuring all allocated sites operate as per contractual requirements in relation to personnel training time management & attendance and escalating where breaches or gaps are identified to ensure a consistent and efficient level of service is delivered across all locations.

This role requires an excellent problem solver to not only solve complex issues but to foresee any potential issues and create a solution prior to business disruption.



Skills And Experiences

The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for customer focused solution centric individuals to join our growing Concierge & Workplace Services team. The role offers a great balance of challenge responsibility and team engagement meaning you will work with your team to ensure the workplace tenancy and tenant needs are delivered each day whilst being hands on and involved in all allocated sites day to day operations. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Lead by example by displaying a hands-on style of management.
  • Have a compassionate and understanding nature being considerate and welcoming visitors as they arrive to site.
  • A real passion for people and service.
  • Monitor team performance presentation and escalating issues that arise.
  • A high degree of awareness of the space around you your job and where everything is and everyone is you know whos who.
  • Ensure all concierge services are executed and delivered.
  • Ensure all concierge and workplace services are correctly recorded and monitored.
  • Ensure all WHS issues are reported in a timely manner.
  • Liaising with the client on a daily basis regarding any necessary requests.
  • High standard of personal grooming and presentation.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to go above and beyond identifying new opportunities to improve the level of service being offered.
  • Provide information and assistance to visitors tenants and the general public.
  • Log action and monitor all service requests within the Building Management electronic database and ensure they are attended to promptly and satisfactorily.
  • Manage all lost property by recording it in the register.
  • Action all positive or negative customer feedback within 24hrs.
  • Manage contractor sign in / inductions / keys.
  • Ensure no unauthorized person gains access to the building including refusal of trolleys through the foyer.
  • Ensure all couriers and trades staff enter the building via goods entrance. (Unless Building Managers have given approval to concierge)
  • Locker and Key audits.
  • Building inductions and site inductions.
  • Being the first friendly face tenants and visitors of the building see.
  • Endeavoring to remembering clients first names while greeting/interacting with them.
