The Team Leader is responsible for ensuring all allocated sites operate as per contractual requirements in relation to personnel training time management & attendance and escalating where breaches or gaps are identified to ensure a consistent and efficient level of service is delivered across all locations.
This role requires an excellent problem solver to not only solve complex issues but to foresee any potential issues and create a solution prior to business disruption.
The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for customer focused solution centric individuals to join our growing Concierge & Workplace Services team. The role offers a great balance of challenge responsibility and team engagement meaning you will work with your team to ensure the workplace tenancy and tenant needs are delivered each day whilst being hands on and involved in all allocated sites day to day operations.
