Job Title: Home Health Aide
Location: Morrisville PA
Employment Type: In-Person Part-Time/Full-Time

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Home Health Aide to provide meaningful support to patients in the comfort of their homes. Provide personal care support including bathing dressing grooming and hygiene.
Assist patients with mobility exercise routines and safe use of assistive devices.
Help patients maintain independence and dignity by offering guidance and emotional support.
Perform light housekeeping meal preparation shopping laundry and errands.
Monitor and document physical and mental health intake/output and overall well-being.
Educate patients and families on care techniques home safety and hygiene practices.
Train family members on proper lifting repositioning and mobility support.
Maintain accurate records and communicate any changes or concerns to the nursing supervisor.
Follow all agency protocols healthcare regulations and best practices.
Uphold the reputation of Better Home Care through dependable high-quality service.
Schedule: Varies by case
Shifts: All Shifts
Work Setting: In-person home-based care
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a home health or similar care setting (required)
License/Certification: Valid Drivers License (required); Certified Home Health Aide (preferred)
Transportation: Reliable and consistent transportation is required
Pay: Up to $18.00/hour
