The Manager Media Connections Strategy & Investment will be responsible for managing paid media investment for a grouping of Kraft Heinz brands; coordinating and directing external agency partners that own end-to-end activation optimization reporting test & learn and channel analysis. The manager is media specialist who will drive our media strategy forward with a focus on defining & implementing paid media channels including but not limited to TV Connected TV Online Video Social Programmatic Display Influencers Traditional Search & Content partnerships. The position requires a candidate that is a strategic thinker data obsessed and self-starter. The individual is hungry to learn is comfortable with change ambiguity and rapid industry growth.
In partnership with a Lead of Media Connections Strategy & Investment they will direct our external agency partners in developing connections strategies rooted in consumer insight and understanding of needs wants and media behaviors. They will be responsible for delivering best in class go-to-market investment strategies innovative and breakthrough channel plans unexpected media partnerships and learning plans. A collaborative thoughtful partner and subject matter expert this role will work across the organization to inspire influence and co-build best in class brand building work. This role will be tasked with delivering plans that bring data technology partnerships and content together in meaningful ways to create unique applications and expressions of brand through media.

Primary Responsibilities
Working in partnership with the Media Lead responsible for translating business objectives into actionable media strategies and leading the agency in the development of go to market tactical plans from concept to sell into execution inclusive of media mix partner lists and in-campaign optimization roadmaps.
Leverage available data inclusive of syndicated data digital analytics modeling results marketplace trends and consumer insights to influence the creative process digital experience and learning plans.
Contribute to the learning plan development and in campaign reporting and optimization rituals and routines with key stakeholders inclusive of budget reporting campaign reporting and analytics and sell in of brand specific sponsorships and media programs.
Partner with Omni Shopper Marketing to create integrated omnichannel strategies that achieve campaign and business objectives
Qualifications
At least 5-8 years agency or brand side experience building media strategies and tactical plans
Previous experience working in media on agency and/or brand side
Proven ability to collaborate and influence in a cross functional model inclusive of agency creative and other key disciplines
Experience working with both digital and traditional media channels inclusive of display social video (TV Connected TV YouTube) search and/or influencer
Effective strategic thinking skills across channels and business objectives
Strong communication versatility to work across a broad spectrum of Kraft Heinz cross-function teams and varying levels; and willingness to continue to learn and grow in this space
Willingness to roll up sleeves and be an individual contributor on a variety of tasks
Organized and able to handle several projects concurrently
Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines; high degree of productivity necessary
Ability to work independently on some projects while also implementing direction from the Media Lead and Media Director on other projects

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$102100.00 - $127600.00Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidates geographic region job-related knowledge skills and experience among other factors
